Important: Keep for future reference
Even if you have ridden a bicycle for years, it is important for EVERY person to read Chapter 1 before you ride your new bicycle!
Bicycle technology is evolving at a rapid pace, so the information for your bicycle may have changed since this was written. New information is available on Bike-Manual.com as it is available. Check the site, especially if your bicycle has suspension components or disc brakes.
The assembly and the first adjustment of your Gary Fisher® bicycle take special tools and skills, so this should only be done by an authorized Gary Fisher bicycle dealer.
